Could...could I pwease have some hugs?

I had a complete meltdown on thursday (3 hours of panic attacks spaced about five minutes apart and lasting anywhere from 3-5 minutes each). Friday morning I had a depression episode, and almost broke my promise. I go for a huge evaluation on Monday. I'm scared.... Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry
