This came from somewhere out there on the Internet:
 
It's always nice to take a break and meditate away the stress.
 
Relax, take a deep breath and read below.
 
Here's a stress management technique recommended in the latest psychological texts.
 
It really seems to work.
 
1. Picture yourself near a stream.
 
2. Birds are chirping softly in the cool mountain air.
 
3. No one but you knows your secret place.
 
4. You are in total seclusion from the hectic world.
 
5. The soothing sound of a waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
 
6. The water is crystal clear.
 
7. You can easily see the face of the person you are holding under water.
 
8. See, you're smiling already!   Grin

But it is working though, thanks for that! I think I'm gonna print it and put it on my whiteboard, maybe that'll help with the stress that's called school Wink
