Watching portions of Cirque du Soleil's "Varekai", my favorite show that they've done so far.
If you look on Youtube for "Varekai Aerial Straps", you will find one of my favorite acts from that show. I'm always impressed with how much upper body strength the aerial acts require (no surprise they all have gymnastics backgrounds).
