well I need to get to the grocery store, but it''s pouring down rain, and I really don't want to go out and get wet.
I am planning on making spagetti tonight..if it ever stops raining that is.

I did make to the store in the pouring rain, but since we had the afternoon chat, decided the spagetti will have to wait. Made nachos instead, after the chat was over, and for being the first time making them, and just grabbing stuff at the store, they turned out pretty DARN GOOD...used my left over, very hot salsa to mix in with the Velveeta, browned some hamburger then mixed in some taco seasoning, then added refried beans. Melted the cheese/salsa in the micro, put the meat mixture on the chips, and the cheese on top of that... Yummmmm!! Course I maybe regretting that later on tonight |

Getting ready to call it a night - went out on a 3 hour Dolphin/Whale watch excursion today in Cape May, NJ. Didn't see any whales ,but lots of dolphins! Anyway, between the drive down and back, the sun, the water, etc I am pooped!
