Both my CD and DVD came yesterday.   Held off til this morning on my way to work to play the CD.   Davd Downs has done it again.  They are great.   A great blending of voice and music, in fantastic arrangements that only David could do.   I saved the DVD for tonight.

Now my dream concert is the High Kings meet Celtic Woman!   Now that would be a PBS prize worth the big bucks.

I just got my cd and dvd. Wow. It was an understatement to say I was impressed. It was entertaining to watch to say the least. I loved Paddy's Green Shamrock Shore and Phil The Fluther's Ball.

I ordered both CD & DVD a few weeks ago. I think they are lost in the blizzard we had.

I took my CD and DVD with me when I saw The High Kings at WMFE Studios last night, hoping  they would sign them for me.
There is a folded insert with their pictures on in the CD case, but everything has a very dark background.
So I took with me one of those metallic marker pens, and they were able to write messages for me......so you might want to get one in case you meet these great guys.

I have  watched the dvd or listened to the music every single day since the 27th when I got them. On March 1st like 3 days after getting the cd and dvd, I went to a wedding. Right before going Marie's Wedding was playing and in my head it stayed the whole day long. I was sitting in one of our nicest hotels watching the ceremony and mouthing the words to this song!! I love them already they are sooo talented!

I bought my High Kings DVD and CD from Rego Irish Records, as usual.
http://www.regorecords.com/

Marsha and Tom are nice people, always reliable, and they keep their prices and shipping reasonable. I can also find other great Irish music there.

A few minutes ago, I was on www.celticwoman.com and they had a link for buying the High Kings CD, so I clicked on it out of curiosity.

Why would they have a link to the British Amazon site, with prices in Pounds?  Huh

Finally picked up the CD yesterday.  Now I can listen to them in my car instead of just at home.

Maybe the IT person forgot that most fans are Americans in America.
