Just received the following from CW Ltd!

We thought we would give our fan forum the following scoop and exclusive before we go live on our websites today. The creators of Celtic Woman are launching their newest show called 'The High Kings'. They are airing as an exclusive this Sunday on WTTW PBS Station in Chicago starting at 5.30pm. The CD and DVD will be released on February 26th 2008 and will be touring North America from the middle of April to the middle of May this year. I'm sure they will be wonderful.  I'm just hoping one plays violin.  And, no I don't think he should dance around and fiddle like Mairead.  Grin  But I'd be intrigued if he did!

I absolutely loved the Clancy Brothers & Tommy Makem.. oh man, I'm actually so excited about this  Grin

edit: ..a son of one of the Fureys too!.. great groups!

edit2: DAVID DOWNES.. and they're doing lots of traditional Clancy Brothersish songs.. oh wow Grin

Hmm, I dunno.  I can't find any clips to their music.  Has none been released yet?  I find it a little strange that they would release at the same time as Celtic Man, but hey, the more Celtic music the better, IMO!  Smiley
