Hi everyone, I just got a kitty last week, and I noticed a sore on her leg... I took her to the vet today, and he said it was a "cancerous growth tumor" I can't afford the surgery... but I don't want my kitty to suffer... I don't know what to do... I've thought about getting a second opinion... but it just breaks my heart that my baby is suffering  |

Oh no, that's terrible. I'm so sorry. I honestly don't know what I'd do in that situation. How much does a second opinion cost? I wish there was something I could do to help. |

You know that I know what you've been through with "Sweetheart" so far. And you were just starting to bond. But I really would check into some of those financial aid type links that some of the Face Book members listed. it wouldn't hurt to look into that soon. Meanwhile "purry nuzzles" to you.  |

I did get a second option.. with a vet I actually liked.. and she said the same thing.. and that it needs to be removed soon...
I just can't afford it..

Guys... she's gone... It was hard, but it progressed too fast and there was no way to save her...
my friend took her in, and she went peacefully...
